Installation Evolution
I began work on this piece for my final show atVox Populi.
The piece began as a number of delicate paths suspended in space. I was considering metal leafed surfaces. It became clear to me that I was interested in amore expansive surface. I turned to my affection to billboards. A large, free standing structure provedwrong for the space. When I mounted the surfaces on the walls I came dangerously close to presenting a large painting. I then transferred my shapes to a hovering, horizontal piece. The final piece was Bridgehead 2.
